Desktop Application

Hi,

I know it takes the idea of a fully web-based peice of software, but i was wondering if there was a application that would allow me to connect to machines from my desktop rather then via the web based console.

I am finding this to be slow at times, and sometimes crash and i was thinking it would be easier to just use a small lightweight application to connect to machines. we have many different sites under our account as probably do many other people and i have to keep logging in and sometimes it the browser crashes and causes a right pain.

It might just be an issue with Internet Explorer 8 (as most things seem to hate it at the moment) so in which case what browser do you recommend i use to work in the central web based console if there is no means of a physical application.

Many Thanks, keep up the good work!

James.

P.S. We also have a Logmein Rescue Account as well as the Central Account.

Re: Desktop Application

You might want to check out LogMeIn Ignition.

Re: Desktop Application

Hi Rob,

Thanks for your reply,

We support hundreads of customers, so have a fair few servers at the moment on our LogMeIn Central Dashboard so to licence all of those that we currently have it would cost way to much to have Ignition.

We have LogMeIn Rescue as well, Is this possible with that programme?

Cheers,

James.
