Welcome to the Community and thank you for your input. Our Development Team is aware of an issue with our new plugin for Firefox 4 in which you will not be able to connect if using a proxy on your client computer. They are working on a resolution, however, I do not have a current timeframe for when one will be available. I apologize for the inconvenience.
