Firefox 4 Beta Plugin / Proxy issues

i dont think all the complaints about the "sloppiness" or else are very acurate... there are still ways you could connect to LMI, plenty! BUT

why the hell did LMI guys put a SOLVED link on the first post... WTF... it leads to Todd's post, who says.. its under development... its not solved... come on... i have enough of this at work from our developers...

not in our controlled IT environment. users cannot install IE, cannot install plugins.

that this has drawn out for MONTHS is completely unexecusable. FF4 was no *surprise* to anyone in the field.

LMI -- is there an updated plugin available yet? you know, for a major browser that now has 106,000,000 downloads since being released weeks ago?

This is absurd.... two months now and still no fix ... and whats worse .... THEY DONT EVEN COMMUNICATE THE STATUS WITH US.

Wow... I used to recommend LMI to people, but their support model is leaving a bad taste in my mouth.

ditto.... i cant recommend LMI anymore if they arent going to be responsive to known bugs.

looks like we'll be evaluating Go To My PC as a replacement.

When will this be fixed?? Come on LogMeIn, get on this. Many Firefox 4 users cant use LMI now because they are behind a proxy server.
