My work computer has log me in installed. I was told by our it guy i could install it on my own home computer and log in remotely to my work computer but i cant seem to figure out how. It keeps asking me if my computer is the one i want to connect to remotely but it is not. How do i do this.
If you want to access your work computer, understand that you don't have to install LMI on your home computer. It only needs to be installed on your work computer. If your work computer has the LMI software properly installed with a enabled and online icon in the lower right you should be ready to connect to it. Just go to your home computer and login to the LMI website. Enter your username and password and it should take you to a screen that shows you your work computer name and that it is online. If so, just click on it and you should be connected to your work computer.
