Setup password problem

Can anyone help?
 
I've installed LogMeIn Pro as a trial on Windows XP PCs - I want to be able to access client's PCs offsite. The first machine installed properly. The second won't install - it keeps saying "Password too short or does not meet requirements" and then rolls back the installation. I've tried lots of different combinations of letters, numbers, password length, etc without success. I've even tried using the same password as I used for the first machine (which works) and tried using my LogMeIn main account password.
 
Does anyone know what the password requirements are? Or is this a misleading error message with something else actually going wrong with the installation?

Check the password policy on the computer.

I checked the policies but there are no restrictions.  Can you please specify what can be wrong in the policy ?
