Blank screen remoting OS X Lion 10.7

Running into issue trying to remote control OSX Lion 10.7.  Screen comes up blank with nothing but the mouse cursor when remoting from iPad or another machine.  I can see that the remote is working when I observe the Lion rig.... mouse cursor moving etc.  I just get no display on the system remoting in.

No dice on rebooting. I called support and they are aware of the problem. Theyre working on an update, but no eta. I hope it's soon though. Paid $30 for an app I can't use yet :(

Im also having the same problem in 10.7. This sucks. I just got this app and cant use it. Guess I'll sit patiently for support to fix it.

So whats the deal? Does logmein typically not respond to these support threads?

The Community forums are a place for member to member support but LogMeIn employees do read the message boards and may jump into a discussion from time to time.

Our development team is aware of the issue with the Loin OSX 10.7 but currently that OS is still in beta and we don't support beta builds. Once Lion is released, look for an update to resolve the problem.

What about those LogMeIn customers that are beta-testing and trialling applications and solutions to ensure that on the day Lion is released and we are trying to support our customers, we are able to rely on LogMeIn to assist?

Will the update be available on the day Lion is released?
