Connection Failed

Hi,

 

I am having problem connecting remote PC. I am trying to connect from a corporate network.

I am able to login to LogmeIn Website, then I click on Remote Control to PC from the list. Then I recieve authentication window of my remote PC. However, when the aplication tries to login it fails due to network issue and I recieve an error "Connection Failure".

The problem does not exist outside the corporate network.I know the problem is a corporate network.

 

Could that be related to security within corporate network?

Is there something to configure to overcome security?

In detals I see LogmeIn uses port 443. As far as I know this port is enabled in our corporate network as other applications using this port work Ok.

 

Please assist,
