Either disabling updates via GPO/registry or auto-pushing updates the same way...

Okay so I looked around in the forums, and while many topics touch on the subject, they either were not answered, not answered 100%, or now irreverent due to seeming changes in the structure of the software...

What I would like to do is disable the AutoUpdate settings, via GPO/registry, for PCs on my domain. I do not see the registry key in V5\net that is referred to elsewhere on these forums. I do see a V5\AutoUpdate key, but nothing inside looks like it controls that setting.

Alternatively, and probably "better-ly", I would like to be able to manage the updates automatically, either by running a utility via GPO, which I did see referenced elsewhere but with very little context, or by having the installations themselves auto-update without asking the user or requiring elevated credentials.

I had a look around in the registry, and played with the deployment package settings, but as of yet cannot see a way to "push" any sort of updates or settings regarding updates.

Thanks,

Brian Burleigh
