The time was incorrect at my PC. Thank you for sharing this hint.

Re: Enabled but offline?

Folks

I get rhese issues all the time and agree it is software bug. I have many computers running in different languages from AR to ZHT and I am suprised that LMI works on all of them. So there maybe a bug or two, so what! Windose has plenty of bugs!!

Just check the date/time, LMI updates and do the Disable/Enable thing with 'ADMIN" permissions. BTW LMI, thanks for having this software available for purchase and for free!

Hey,  I don't know who found this Issue, you don't really think of the date/time on a server since it is supposed to sync with windows, but this fixed my issue as well... Kudos to the knowledable

Proceed to Logmein Proxy settings if working. Options -> Preferences and Security -> Click the Preferences button -> Advance Tab -> Proxy Settings -> Identify proxy server address & port, Proxy username and password -> Test Proxy. If Proxy test succeded, it must be turned to online
