Re: Keyboard mapping problem

Same problem. Remote controlling a PC with a US keyboard layout from a PC with a Japanese keyboard layout.

It is literally impossible to type the equals sign, a semicolon, curly brackets, single quotes, and double quotes, even if the keyboard layout in windows is set to US English. So the information provided by the LogMeIn representative was just plain wrong. As a programmer, this is a serious issue. I need to be able to type these special characters.

Why is this even a problem for a company with an international product? Please fix this.
