I provide support for my mother's computer remotely. She has reported that videos (flash) are not playing. When I log in via logmein Free, the video plays. When I disconnect the sound plays but the video is black. I have tried to reinstall flash, and that doesn't work. I have reinstalled logmein, and no luck.
I couldn't find any threads on this myself so does any one have some advice?
