how come I cannot create group of computers?

I used to use groups. This used to be something I could do in the main console. That functionality has gone - I don't miss it too much - no harm no foul in my book since I only have a small list of computers.

However - when they were available I made use of them. When you removed the group functionality - my computers simply reverted to a single list. Fine.

Now however I've purchased 'Logmein Ignition' for iPad. Here - the groups are showing up again - despite not being a Central subscriber. I have one odd computer showing up in a group ("Home Machines") - and the rest in the "Default Group".

How can I remove the one odd computer from a group *without* having to pay $299 to subscribe to central?!?!

Or - can you please modify your iPad app so that for non central subscribers the groups do not show up??

I have the same problem I now have 2 different groups for all my computers on logmein ignition I would prefer them all together

Tech support can give you another Central trial after you have used one.  If you explain the situation they might give you a trial or fix the problem.

(Seeing that this thread is a bit old, this advice in intended for other people with this problem.)

Just tried asking them, they won't extend my trial.  Instead they offer me a quote with a discounted rate tht turns out to be identical to the promotion they're offering everyone else. Nice incentive. *smh*
