That's why you should always go through all of your folders prior to system restore or fresh installation. In Windows your settings are stored in "Documents and Settings" folder on your user account or default user account (when running hamachi as a service). Moving the appropriate hamachi folder will result in saving your configuration. But it is to late for this step.
The second option is to have master password set and create your http://my.hamachi.cc profile just in case of recovery needs. Once again it is too late.
You can however ask hamachi team for help if you got a commercial license.
