Downloading Logmein Hamachi

I have downloaded hamachi before but I deleted a few files then had to manualy delete the rest. I recently have tried re-downloading hamachi but all I get is an .msi file which when I run it, does nothing. I end up with the small .msi file in my downloads folder. Please do help.

run registry and search for 'logmein' & 'hamachi' and remove it. reboot and try again
