Error On Manual Install of Hamachi Network Interface

When I follow the steps to manually install Hamachi Network Interface as instructed at http://help.logmein.com/SelfServiceKnowledgeRenderer?type=FAQ&id=kA030000000DGHQCA4&search=1&kw=fail...

I get the error message:

The following hardware was not installed:

Hamachi Network Interface 

An error occurred during the installation of the device.

The Parameter is incorrect

I can't figure out how to resolve the issue, anyone have any ideas?

mae sure no antivirus & antyspyware protection is not running. if it is, unisntall it and reboot pc. as well with no firewall protection. 

make sure instaler is runing with admins previliges. and mak sure there is no other vpn software instaled on pc.

I'm running a windows program, and I'm not getting an sort of message from antivirus; I tried with my firewall off, though that has nothing to do with my problem since the issue sis a driver won't install; and I am running with admin privaleges, ant other ideas?

I found the issue :) it had something to do with an improper HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Network\Config

I fixed it by deleting the key

Thank you! This is what finally fixed it for me. I couldn't remove the Hamachi network adapter or reinstall the driver until I did this.
