Failed to connect to Hamachi servers

Hi,

when you expereince issues like this, please check your diagnostic log after an unsuccessful connection attempt and let us know what's in the last 20-30 lines. Usually it tells what the problem is.

We are working on a way to make detecting these problems easier.

I just started getting the same problem and followed you directions - went into h2-engine.log (hopefully thats what you wanted to see) and found the first 20 or so lines since i connected

Where is the diagnostic blog located?

My indivitual PCs connect to my network, but no PCs show up as online.

This is my error:

I. 08/04 20:48:26. Connecting to MobiLink server at 'host=5.XX.XX.XXX;port=2439' using 'dbmlsock9.dll'
E. 08/04 20:48:47. Unable to open a 'tcpip' network connection. Unable to connect a socket. The system-specific error code is 10060 (hex 0000274c).
E. 08/04 20:48:47. Unable to connect to MobiLink server.

I am running my business with VPN I need to figure out how to fix.

ATTENTION:: If you have norton, the smart firewall will block Hamachi. Open norton>Go To Settings>FireWall>Programs>Hamachi Tunneling>Allow

I am experiencing the same error

But I think in my case it is a bit more difficult

I am using Hamachi on a laptop which uses a phone card to connect to the internet. It worked when I plugged in a lan cable, but I need to get it to work with the phone card. I can surf to Google and all other sites with it. I can ping and tracert to 212.118.234.73 (Hamachi servers)
