Not getting any error message at all

This happens when I either try to join a network or create my own. Usually a baloon appears explaining me what im doing wrong, but recently nothing appears after an unsuccessful attempt so I dont know if i typed a wrong password, an invalid network name or if such network is full.

Same problem here.

I cant understand if password or network DI is wrong: no message at all.

This is an old but evergreen problem, many clients have this problem, many not.

They have recently changed pricing models on us with no notification.  You can only have 5 computers in 1 network for free.  If you don't have a multiple-network payment plan, you can't create new networks.

Skralg, while we did change the Free limit to 5, you can still have multiple free networks, and clients can still be a member of multiple networks, regardless of the pay status of said networks.  If you find that you cannot do this, please submit a support ticket, as that is most likely a bug.

I do understand your frustration with this change, but please don't tell people things that are not true.

Nowhere in the pricing options does it say that you can have more than 1 network for free.

The way the options are laid out, it looks like you'd need to spend $19/year for another network, or $199/year so you can have as many as you wish.

Re: Not getting any error message at all

I will certainly pass along this feedback to the web team so they can look into rewording it.

The truth is that you can have as many Free networks as you want, but with no more than 5 members each.

Each network you want to exceed that limit with must be paid separately, depending on how many clients you need.

Of course you can also buy the Mulit-network license, which provides up to 256 clients in as many networks as you desire.

Also, for those who have a Central License, they already have a multi-network license, as it comes with Central.
