Logmein Resue Blackberry issue

Hi All,

we have Blackberry enterprise server in our enviroment , i am trying to help an employee with his blackberry by using Logmein mobile rescue , i send the link by sms, and opening it on the device to install it , it asks me for permissions to approve, i approve all on the device but still it wont work. 

there is a policy on the BES i have tried making a new policy but im not sure , where do i have to change in order to run it on the blackberry device?

im sure its a policy problem in the bes that not allowing 3rd party to install freely.

If you're using the latest BES (5.0), go into the policy that is applied, Edit IT policy, and select the Security tab.  Scroll down, you will see "Disallow Third Party Application Downloads".  Set that to no.  Resend IT Policy to device if needed.
