Ignition for Windows opens again after clicking "Remote Control"

Ignition for Windows loaded on Vista Ultimate 32bit. Installed and uninstalled multiple times. Here is what happens ...I launch Ignition ...I then want to do a remote control with a computer ...I click on the computer name ...if then shows the options for "Remote Control" ... "File Manager" ..."Main Menu". When I click on "Remote Control" ...Ignition opens another window (expecting it to prompt me for login credentials) but it opens a second instance of Ignition. If I click and do tha same as above I will have three instances. I think you get the point.

Uninstall / Re-install does not fix the issue ...HELP!

I have the same problem.  Did you happen to find a solution?  Sometimes rebooting will fix it, but most of the time it doesn't.

No ...there has been NO fix. I am only having the issue on 1 PC. I even went through and cleaned the registry before I re-installed Ignition.
