Ignition on Parallels Desktop no symbols or caps

Hey everyone, while ignition is the best remote log in tool I have one huge bug bear that is annoying the cr@p out of me and am sure others too...

Trying to use symbols in a Parallels Virtual machine or even caps using the shift key does not work.  This is definitely not a problem with Parallels as using teamviewer works perfectly and as intended.  And if not for the fact that I paid for the app, and it's just geniunely better I would be using teamviewer (free).

PLEASE LOGMEIN guys, please address as this would be the ultimate remote software if sorted!!!

Agreed that this needs to be fixed.  This has been an issue for a while.  The workaround is to add the Parallels Virtual Machine as a computer in LogMeIn and then access that directly rather than accessing your Mac and then opening up Parallels.
