holding down right or left mouse button via Ignition iPAD2

I can't figure out how to control the holding down of right mouse or left mouse if I need to.  It's annoying because certain software requires me to hold down right mouse click and I can't do that on my iPAD.  Please help.

I would like to know how to do this too, as I need to resize windows on the subject desktop, and can find no other way to do it
