RE: Linux Target PC

Definitely need a Ubuntu version. It's a hassle to remote into a Windows PC then turn around and use a VNC client to remote into the Ubuntu PC.

RE: Linux Target PC

Centos 5 and Ubuntu would be great....

RE: Linux Target PC

Perhaps Java or Python or Perl ?

That solution would 'easily' deal with Linux, Solaris, OSx, the BSDs, etcetera...

Add me to the list too (its the last thing I'm waiting for to switch over to Ubuntu).  Would like to keep LogMeIn as my remote access software because it works perfectly from anyware, anytime!

You can put me down too. A Ubuntu compatible version would be excellent especially now that Open Source software is starting to become more and more popular.

Why not just use Hamachi with a VNC client?

RE: Linux Target PC

I would love a linux version also. You guys have such a great product. I use it twice a week to get stuff from home or to work on a pc. This would be a great tool to be able to manage the basement server. I hear people talk about another provider of such a service, but I recommend logmein to them.... This would be a great sector to get into, with all the battles between the Window's OS's.

Linux (any distro) is just missing a couple of pieces, this being one of them, to allow some of those MS VP's to retire early. Or at least lower the cost of owning their software.

Keep up the great work, and I hope to see logmein pop up on the blogs. soon? :)
