LogMeIn Express doesn't work

I downloaded the little app (on WinXP Pro) and copied/pasted the code to my friend. He put the code into the LogMeIn Express website and continually got "Invalid Code". Additionally, the running app on my end continually said "Reconnecting...". Thoughts?

Express is a very cool new tool by LogMeIn... here is the link https://secure.logmein.com/US/products/express/Default.aspx Basically you can share your screen with anyone by just downloading a tiny app and supplying them with an access code. They go to the url above and paste the access code in and they get access to your desktop. Nifty little tool!
