Re: LogMeIn Linux Browser Plugin Preview

Hi,

is there any chance of a 64 bit version of this plugin?

Thanks

Re: LogMeIn Linux Browser Plugin Preview

I have installed Firefox 3.5.3 (Shiretoko) from the Jaunty Repository, but it still crashes when I try to remote control a computer. The computer is not behind an http proxy. I had and still have the same crashing problem from Firefox 3.0.14 as well. I know that xulrunner was an incompatible plug in that showed up when I installed Firefox 3.5.3.

Re: LogMeIn Linux Browser Plugin Preview

It probably doesn't help you very much but Firefox 3.5 is working fine for me. No crashes so far when using this plugin.

Re: LogMeIn Linux Browser Plugin Preview

using ubuntu karmic (9.10) and reporting the keyboard mapping issue too.

Keyboard is a french one on both machines. Distant computer is running winxp.

On the local host, keyboard is mapped french as long as I'm not typing my password

in the "unlock session" screen on winxp.

Seems that the plugin maps the keyboard only to english (ie qwerty).

obviously, tried to deactivate plugin (without restarting firefox nor exiting remote control

window) and keyboard mapping comes back to azerty on the remote computer.

Hope this can help  ;-)

Re: LogMeIn Linux Browser Plugin Preview

Hi,

Does anyone know if this plugin is still in active development? It doesn't look like it's been updated for some time. The plugin works great once logged in to a machine but I do find it crashes FireFox quite frequently.

Thanks,

Hex.

Re: LogMeIn Linux Browser Plugin Preview

I have a 64-bit install of Debian, and I downloaded and installed the Firefox 3.6 from mozilla.com, and logmein works. I'm not sure how I did it, but you might try installing Firefox 3.6 from mozilla.com.

Re: LogMeIn Linux Browser Plugin Preview

Just curious...

Are you using Firefox from mozilla.com?

Which Linux distribution?
