I am able to get to the intial blue log in screen.
Entering the wrong password gives a popup that says something like "access denied"
Entering the correct password give this message on a white background:
500 Server Error (0x45d)
main.htmlSystem error: The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error. (1117)
Used this service reliably for a month then it stopped working.
Same problem in all browsers (safari, firefox, chrome)
I am having the EXACT problem. It was working great and now I get that message. Have you called support? Should I bother? What's the deal?

using Mac 10.6.3 but was having problem with 10.6.2 as well
can't think of any changes that I made before the problem started

Having exactly the same problem over here... Mac OSX 10.6.3, Safari, Firefox, Chrome... :-/

I had the same problem today, and solved it by stopping and restarting the logmein program on the host machine (in my case a Mac running 10.5.8. Might work for you.
