Keyboard issue: PC to Mac to Win7 in Parallels

Hullo!

 

I have a user who is using his PC at work to access his Mac at home with LogMeIn.  He then is starting Parallels on that Mac, and is running Windows 7 virtually. 

 

When trying to use the Shift key in said Win7 programs, it does not work in this configuration.  Any ideas?  Thanx!

This has been an issue for a while.  The workaround is to add the Parallels Virtual Machine as a computer in LogMeIn and then access that directly rather than accessing your Mac and then opening up Parallels.
