Mac Crash

I have found a curious issue with Logmein both Pro2 and Free.  When I connect to the Mac , open a new Tab and copy something to clipboard it causes the tab running the logmein session to become unstable and crash.  After this has happened I can reconnect to the Mac but all I get is a black screen, in addition I cannot VNC or remote desktop to the Mac and although I can plug a screen in and see whats going on I cannot do any kind of remote access untill I reboot the Mac.

The system I am connecting to is running OS X Snow Leopard 10.6.7 and Safari 5.0.4

The Systems I am using to connect via logmein are:

  • Windows 7, IE9 and Google Chrome
  • OS X 10.6.7, and Safari 5.0.4
I haven't been able to recreate this issue on the Mac yet so I am thinking this could be a Windows clipboard issue

Can anyone shed some light on what may be going on or where I might be able to look for further information?

Thanks

Re: Mac Crash

I had the same problem. Still using the free trial version. Crashed my MAc 3 times. Will not by the ProVersion until resolved. Sorry, appears to be an app with some interesting potential, but certainly can't have it crash the host, esp. when I'm travelling. Sorry, nice try!
