Any way to login into the Rescue Technician Console with an API

Hello,

I am looking for a way for my engineers to click a link on our Intranet and be automatically logged into the Rescue Technician console. Using the login API, I can authenticate to Logmein Rescue, but I don't yet know how to launch the technician console.


When I called LMI Rescue support, it was suggested that I use a SSO server, but I would rather not.

Any ideas???

We have the same problem.

Is it possible to directly access to the Console using the API?

We can log-in and get users/sessions informatiom, but it would be nice to access the console app faster.
