We have 4 Citrix servers running Windows Server 2008 R2 and XenApp 6.
I have installed calling cards on each desktops so that we can connect to users desktops. What we are seeing is that the first connection on that server works perfectly, but if that first calling card process is left open the 2nd connection does not work.
When logmein rescue launches on the 2nd session, after the user clicks connect the LMI rescue box has a grey box where the chat box should be.
I can replicate this easily by launching logmein within citrix on the server and one in RDP, but it does cause the problem if both are in citrix.
Can anyone provide me with a potential fix please!
