Black screen

Have been using LogMeIn free successfully on a regular basis using safari on an Imac. Last night, did a system upgrade to OS 10.6.4, and since then  - only see a black screen.

 

Have tried to follow suggestions to dis-enable accelerated something-or-other in "general preferences", but my page doesn't have that option.

 

Have tried logging in with Chrome, but no good.

 

Any ideas?

Sorry - false alarm.  Found that the problem was at the other end.
