Before October 12, 2022 - it will be important that all GoToAssist Corporate users update their network allowlisting accordingly and as necessary. If the below has already been completed, as the IP range blocks have not changed, no changes will be necessary on the GTAC user side.

Please note: The above requirements are not new changes and have been required by multiple GoTo products since February 2022 (rebrand), however – GoToAssist Corporate is now moving traffic from an old domain (*.expertcity.com) to *.goto.com and we want to be sure your company’s current allowlisting is up to date to prevent service disruption.
