There haven't been issues with prescheduled webinars being deleted, we have seen this happen before, though usually it happened when another organizer on a shared account accidentally deleted the Webinar.
I can create a case for our support team to investigate if you provide the Webinar IDs. You can message me the ideas by clicking on my user name and you will see the option on the top right.
