Cancel Subscription

Hello,

I want to cancel the subscription for order ID IN9CAA1367418 because it's auto renewal and I don't have a plan to subscribe it in this time. I really appreciate your cooperation.

    gerohero Sorry for the delay as we experience a longer than average wait time. A case was created last week, I left a note that you are still waiting for assistance.

    KateGtoday I received message from my bank that my account have been deduct with the subscription that I plan to cancel before. The subscription is auto renewal and I don't have a plan to renew it this time. Now I want a fully refund and remove my debit card info from your system.

    Hi gerohero 

    I am not able to look up your account by that number. I see with the email used in Community that there is a case last year where a Hamachi account was cancelled.

     

    If this is a different account, you can cancel by contacting customer support.
