LMI not responding at login screen or just after login

Recently noticed on win7 and win10 pc's that at the windows log in screen I lose keyboard and mouse control. Sometimes I'm able to use the button to use saved credentials and then log in and then it doesn't respond. After short while it then reconnects but same problem.

Other remote functions such as remote command prompt, event viewer etc work. Tried restarting LMI client remotely but most time not work.

I'm thinking could be an AVG update and to do with scanning SSL/https?
