Change support name

Good morning,

maybe someone can help me, I can't find the section to change the name in remote support (see screenshot), at the moment my name appears "Cristiano" but I would like to be able to change it with name and surname + name + company name, this to always be recognized uniquely by the customer, given the many scams that go around with support.

Any ideas?, thanks greetings from a warm Italy

    Thanks for the screenshot. Can you try checking Hide Agent's Personal Information in Remote Support, if it's toggled on your last name will not appear.

    Hi Kate,

    That's what I saw, but already in my profile there was "Name + surname" but in the support you can only see my name, now I added Name + surname + company but nothing changes..

    Hi Cristiano_R​ good to see you, 

    You should be able to do this in Admin Users Page, just update the Name with firs/last/company
