GoToAssist unattended Mac showing offline

Hi javeryt, welcome to the community.

 

Are there any other Unattended computers already on this network and showing as Online?

    Yes, I see 22 online right now.

      The new Mac Security and Privacy settings shouldn't prevent the software from connecting to our servers, and since you have other unattended computers online the network firewall doesn't appear to be the issue either. I suspect that maybe the daemon hasn't started automatically after the install, rebooting the Mac should correct that.

        I have rebooted several times, but it doesn't seem to help.

        Anything else I can check? I do appreciate the help.
