i am having the same issue. restarted multiple times and tried reinstalling. no luck getting the device to show up. it's the first mac i try to install.

Hi AhmedEzzat, can you provide some more details about how you are installing and what you see happen on the target Mac? Are you remotely connected or sitting at the Mac?

    Hi GlennD, i was remotely connect through a support session. i installed the agent and can see the icon on the top but when i hover over it it says "status: Offline".
