Issues with "Start Support Session" button with recent update

When we click on "Start Support Session" within the incident nothing happens, the session never starts, it appears to just timeout.  This happens across several browsers.
  • Multiple (Department-wide), Win7 Enterprise SP1.  
    Honestly, everything appears to be working now.  I just successfully tested it over Chrome, Firefox, and IE.  Perhaps the Java was causing issues.

    Hi,

    This may be related to the Launcher. Are you using a Windows or Mac? Which version of the OS? Is this happening on one computer or multiple?

    FYI; works for me on Chrome. There is a programstart java notification which needs to be allowed to run in order to launch the GoToAssist App.
