Sorry to necro-post on this 9yo thread, but has there been any progress in providing a way to remove unwanted tags? I, too, have an issue where I have several duplicated tags (mostly due to fat fingering an unnecessary character while typing too quickly) and would like to be able to manage the tags available for Helpdesk Tickets so that duplicates and incorrectly typed tags can be removed entirely as options to add to tickets. It would be nice to have something like the Manage Categories options in the GoTo Admin console.

There are no controls available to manage tags. Our support team can help remove tags. If you are uncertain about the tags you want to delete, we can provide a complete list of tags associated with your account. You can then identify the ones to delete, and we will go ahead and manually remove them.
If you would like to do that, I can create a case for you.
