If you haven't already, ou may want to try GoToMyPC's Experience Optimizer, which checks your internet speed and the current load of your host and/or client computer at the beginning of each remote session. It then automatically adjusts the session settings to optimize your remote session experience.
Additionally, to help troubleshoot, could you please let us know:
- Is this your first time using GoToMyPC, or did the issue just recently begin?
- Are the documents you’re accessing stored locally on your Host computer, or are they saved in a cloud service (like Dropbox or Google Drive)?
- While trying to access these documents, please check Task Manager to see what the CPU usage is on your Host computer. If it’s very high, the slow performance may be due to your computer’s processing, rather than the internet connection.
