Three monitors not blanking

One of my users, possibly more, reports that she has been connecting to her desktop from a remote site only to be told that her monitors are not blanking. She has three monitors connected to her PC. She has Windows 11, Gotomypc version 25.6.4302, and her display cards are the AMD Radeon R5 430  and Intel(R) UHD Graphics 750 (I may be wrong about the AMD one). 'Blank out screen while connected' is set on her machine by company policy. This only started being an issue for her recently and I am not sure how many other users may be affected, although I have not heard it from anyone with only two monitors, regardless of which graphics card they use. Any suggestions?

    J.1 I'm not aware of any plans currently, but I am checking if it is a possibility.

    Okay. Are there any plans or possible workarounds for updates to resolve the HD graphics cards and the displayport adapter compatibility issue?

    Hi J.1,

     

    GoToMyPC screen blanking supports the follow connection types only; DVI, VGA, HDMI, and DisplayPort (only for Windows 10 (build 2004) and above).

    •  Docking stations, KVM switches, USB display adapter, and connectors may or may not work.
    • There is a known compatibility issue with Intel HD Graphics cards and the display port adapter. If you are using this model, we recommend that you use a different display adapter port on your computer's video card. 
    • If you are still experiencing trouble with screen blanking, you may need to check for any installed third-party drivers. Some third-party drivers (GoTo Mirror Driver, Splashtop Mirror Driver, DameWare Development Mirror Driver, etc.) may prevent screen blanking capabilities, and you may need to uninstall these drivers for screen blanking to work properly.
