Email Merge Variables

Hi,

 

I'm wondering two things:

 

1. When you enter the body of the emails (confirmation, reminder, follow-ups) for your webinars, I'm wondering if there's a way to use shortcode/merge variables for the name, webinar name, etc, to automatically populate. 

 

For example, if your follow-up email started with "Hi [First Name]" so it would be more personal.

 

2. Is there text formatting options for the emails? Such as headers, bolding, hyperlinks, etc?

    Hello heidiy 

    Those types of customization with GoToWebinar emails are not currently possible within the system itself, though some customers have worked with developers using our public APIs to create email responses of their own.
