The webinar videos for November 5th and 6th are not saved!!!
WHY???
WHEN will it work normally again???
We've been having CONSTANT problems for two months now!!!!

    HOW can messages appear when trying to access records if there are NO records!

    Hi Kriss1​ 

    We haven’t received any reports of issues and there were no outages with webinar recordings on November 5th and 6th. To help us investigate further, could you please provide a bit more detail? 

    • Was the recording local or cloud recordings? 
    • Were you able to start and end the webinars normally?
    •  Did you receive any error messages after the events, or while trying to access the recordings?

    Our support team can also review what happened, we need the Webinar ID. I can create a case for you if you Message me the ID. Thanks.
