webcam icon greyed out

I am running a webinar with one other presenter, and he is unable to share his webcam. We have checked device settings and the device has access to his webcam, as he can see himself in the GoToWebinar preview, but it does not let him share his webcam. 

 

It seems like GoToWebinar does not have permission to access his webcam, but there doesn't seem to be an option anywhere to enable access. 


Does anyone have any suggestions as to how this may be fixed? The presenter is using a surface pro laptop.

    soneillcml   Is this the built-in webcam, or an externally connected one?  If external, can you tell us what kind of webcam the presenter prefers to use?

      It doesn't work with either the built-in webcam or external webcam, unfortunately.

        Do you know what Surface Pro version the presenter is utilizing? 

         

        Is this person joining the webinar using a Panelist join link, and then did you start the broadcast for all participants?
