- InĂªs PimentelNew MemberWe would also like to have the ability to delete some past webinars which were actually just test sessions. Let me know whenever this is possible.
- Derek GActive ContributorJust to add my support for the (surely simple to implement?) requirement to delete past webinars. I have run many "Webinar Now's" - for testing purposes - they are cluttering up the list.
It implementing this is problematic from an engineering point of view then - as a stop-gap solution - maybe a delete button would just hide unwanted webinars. - Alessandro PlacNew MemberCome on guys! We are waiting for this feature
- Rob8New MemberI agree! I realy don't understand why we have to discus this issue en that isn't possible yet to delete history if a user wants this! From my point of view it is a principle matter. An organiser is the only person that makes decisions about keeping or deleting historical content! No-one else.

Please please bring this feature in. Surely this should be a standard feature. My past webinar listing is a mess.
- Vicki AuditoreActive ContributorI created a "copy" webinar - just so I could have access to the follow-up email text (you can't open a follow-up email that has already been sent - even just to copy the text) - Then I forgot to delete the "fake" copy webinar... and it rolled over into my history GRRR. It's not a big deal I guess - but sure would be nice to be able to delete a webinar from history - especially if there are no registrants (as some other folks mentioned in this string.) Thanks -

Hi!
I was wondering how, and if it's possible to delete your webinar history? Does anybody know if this is possible? Thanks in advance,

Hi,
While organizers do not have the ability to delete webinars from their history, we can delete your entire webinar account and history as per GDPR compliance if you close it. Please contact Support and make that request.

I like to do a quick practice run with my panelists the day prior to the webinar so I use the built-in practice mode. I have a few questions about this...
- If I click "start broadcast" during practice mode will registered attendees be able to join? If yes, why have a practice mode at all?
- Can I permanently remove this from analytics? It's annoying that the practice run shows up in the analytics section and shows registrant and attendee numbers... so I have to filter it out every time I go to the anayltics page.

AshC so does that mean if I click the "Practice" button in the dashboard, then while in the practice mode I click the "Start Broadcast" button, it will be open for registered attendees to hear audio and see what we share?
If the answer to the above question is "yes" then I don't understand the purpose of a practice mode.

I did ~5 practice sessions before the real webinar. Now when I'm lookin gat my analytics tab, it has "analytics" (basically zeros across the board) for these dry runs. It's a bit confusing because these practices have the exact same name as the real event. It would be good if there was a way to delete these analytics. Thanks.

It would be very important to be able to eliminate previous events (webinars performed). Normally when we do a webinar through your application, we will test beforehand. It would be very important to be able to eliminate those test events so that they do not influence the statistics of the webinars that are real.
