I need to disable the auto renew feature from my account please.
I would like to disable this feature on my account too, sent a mail to the sales person who was responsible of selling me the product, but no reply.
@alan77 Sorry, we don't typically have dedicated sales persons responsible for individual accounts. Have you tried to contact our support group directly? : Contact Central Support
can you please give me their email address since they don't have a phone number in my country/area
