Recieving spam email alert from spam digest (digest@logmein.com)

Hi,

 

One of our user recived an email from Spam Digest - digest@logmein.com alerting Goto.com email as spam. Below is the screenshot of the email recieved. 

 

1. Why goto email is being detected as spam by logmein? which is same brand.

2. We used logmein as for remote support tools not for email filtering. We have a separate email security implemented. How does logmein filtering and detecting goto.com email as spam?
