Screen Zoom when given controls by presenter

In the new update, I am unable to zoom the screen when the presenter has given me control.  The Zoom controls are visible when I make an attendee the presenter, but those controls go away once I am given control.  The screen reverts to an often unreadable size.  PLEASE HELP!!

I have confirmed this behavior in the new GoTo App and reported it to the team. I believe what is happening because the mouse movements are now being passed to the Presenter's screen that you are controlling, so the zoom controls are no longer being triggered to show on your screen. Switching back to the classic GoToMeeting experience is easy, and you can always try the GoTo App again after we release an update to address this.

You can switch back to the classic GoTo Meeting app to host and join meetings.

1. Sign in to your account at https://global.gotomeeting.com.
2. Select the Settings icon in the left menu.
3. Select GoTo App, then disable Use the new GoTo.
4. The next time you join or host a meeting, you will be launched in the classic GoTo Meeting desktop app or browser.
