Some changes that cause us problems

All I have to say is please have your designers/programmers reconsider some of the changes they have made. 

You said that there is a way of going back to the old program, but we are wary of that as we don’t want to create any more confusion when using GoTo with our clients.  We just want it to be simple, seamless, and comfortable for our clients.  At this point, it is not.  In fact, it is quite embarrassing when GoTo does not perform to our needs!

Please consider the following:

1. Simplify how sharing the screen works.
2. Simplify how the presenter can allow control of the keyboard and mouse is done.
3. Add a “pen” feature to the drawing feature…the big fat brush does not work for us.
4. Try to make GoTo more intuitive with less confusing “clicks” required to get to program or presentation.

Hi @DavidV5, welcome to the community.

Thank you for the feedback. Could you provide some details describing what you are struggling with in #1 and #4?  

#2 Will be addressed in upcoming updates; a button is being added to the Presenter's toolbar so they can click and select someone to give keyboard and mouse control to. We also plan to add the ability to request keyboard and mouse control from the Presenter.

#3 The drawing tool offers 3 sizes S M L, but I will check if there are plans to add something smaller.
