Single Sign on vs. Web Login

I very well may be in the wrong place for this question, if I am, please go ahead and let me know and I'll move it.  My question is, we have set up Single Sign On for our users and I am adding a new user, however, they do not have access on our company, is there a way I can force this user to bypass the SSO logon?

Re: Single Sign on vs. Web Login

Hi @efanning, welcome to the community.

By default, all new users get an invite once they are assigned a seat. They are then asked to set a password. If SSO has been set up, that will only apply to users that have been selected to use SSO. If Requested, they can be forced to use SSO. However, in this case, as long as you don't add them to the SSO list, this new user should be able to just use their credentials.
